Welcome to MeowTalk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeowTalk mobile application (the "App"), operated by Oye Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the App

a. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

b. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
Use automated systems to access the App without permission.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (e.g., audio recordings). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze it for the purpose of providing the App's services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

a. Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees and billing cycles are displayed within the App.

b. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Oye Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oye Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oye Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
